Upgrading from 1.11.1 to 1.12.4

Installed the version succesfully and started the tool. Upgrade button appeared. After pressing the button this error appears and I have no Idea what to do next. Please help.

    Hi Anton,

    Just installed the 32bits version of mecurial(mercurial-4.2.104-x86), I had the 64bit installed(mercurial-4.2.104-x64), and this seems to have fixed my problem.
    All is working now.
