Used strip to remove a revision from mercurial now HGLab crashes

This the error I get after I stripped out a revision form mercurial using hg strip.

    David,

    This happens because HgLab records all pushed
    changeset IDs in PushlogEntryItem and then tries to retrieve them from the
    repository to display Activity Stream.

    I'll fix that in an upcoming release. For now, you can delete entries for
    stripped changesets from PushlogEntryItem table.
