hgrc template

Most teams personnel are pretty consistent, you're always dealing with the same group of devs so it would be great if I had the ability to define/create a few different hgrc's in the Administration Panel and during the Project/Repo setup process choose one of the previously configured hgrc from a drop down or something like that.

What configuration settings are you expecting to have in hgrcs?

[ui], [web], and [path] would be a good start. I know you handle [web] and [path] in the hglab but would be good if users could could dictate this.
