Exception on first use

Today i started experimenting with Hglab.
The setup for this moment is a virtual windows 7 machine, with IIS and Hglab installed.
Database is on another server.
I was able to create a project in the web-interface.
After that i tried to clone an existing project from a mercury (local) setup. I was unsuccessful. Don't know why...

I now seem not to be able to access the website.
This is the error:

How do i proceed?

   I just restarted the VM, and it is working again for now.
