    Hi!

What version of IIS are you running?

    Hey,
    same problem here.
    Log fragment:

    sending unbundle command
    sending 113449962 bytes
[HgKeyring] Keyring URL: http:// [HgKeyring] Cached auth data found. Url: , user: , passwd: ********

Goes silent and never resumes (waited for 30mins). Push is fairly large, 220mb because of massive filestructure changes, but I doubt thats the problem.

    EDIT: IIS is 7.5
EDIT2: initiating another push while the first one is still out there correctly returns "repo locked", if that matters.
EDIT3 (sorry): This is a fragment of the global hglab log:

    15:42:31.2353 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - processing request for command 'unbundle' with arguments 'heads=666f726365'
    15:42:31.2353 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - executing command 'unbundle'
    15:42:31.2353 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - authenticating write request to 'http://<url>/hg/cf/master?cmd=unbundle'
    15:42:31.2500 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - saving bundle to 'C:\Windows\TEMP\tmpBA39.tmp'
    15:43:01.2099 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - pre-commit: 1 heads
    15:43:01.2099 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Server.HgHttpServer - committing bundle
    15:43:01.2099 - Info - bolibr - HgSharp.Core.HgRepository - acquiring lock at HgFnCacheStore with timeout 00:00:30

Been at it for 9 minutes now.

EDIT4: Apparently, once the last stage is reached, a win32 exception occurs in w3wp.exe; elmah is silent. Once the w3wp.exe process is allowed to die, the push abruptly ends with:

    URLError: [Errno 10054]
    [command returned code 255 Fri May 17 16:24:00 2013]

This is most likely due to a .NET Framework updates missing. I'm still trying to pinpoint the exact KB that's required.
