Can't push to largefiles repo / HTTP 500

I'm using HgLab 1.11 / TortoiseHg 4.1 / Mercurial 4.1.

I've enabled the largefiles extension for Mercurial.

1. I created the largefiles repo in HgLab.
2. I created a new repository on my local machine and added a 15MB file to it.
3. I try to push to my HgLab server.

I receive the following message:

    HTTP Error: 500 (Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.)

Did I miss something?

   Sure.

   I'm available any evening from 23:00 - 02:00 (PST).

   I can schedule other times, as well, if this doesn't work. Please let me know.
