HgLab shows blank page after upgrade

We upgraded from version 1.9 to the latest version (1.14.7) and after the upgrade, we get a blank page in the web browser when trying to access HgLab. The documentation says the after the installer finishes: "Open HgLab in a web browser and click the "Upgrade" button"
But all we see is a blank page.
