Signed user cannot see anonymous projects
Projects with anonymous user added to team should be visible when any user login into the system. When you start as anonymous all of those projects are visible, and when you login, they dissapear. This is annoying.
Actual user permission should be a union of anonymous permissions and current user permissions.

A better solution could be to add a special user 'Authenticated Users' to have permission's granularity. So you could have 'Anonymous' and 'Authenticated Users' with different permissions in the same Team.
