HgLab is broken after update

I installed the update to HgLab 1.3.3 a few minutes ago (without deinstalling the previous version)... and now our installation is broken.

Setup reported no errors, everything seemed to went fine...
But after the update had finished (after restarting IIS and thereafter the whole machine), accessing it via browser delivers the following page content (quickly translated by Google):

Denied Listing in Directory

In this virtual directory is no content can be listed.

I haven't touched IIS and Server-Configuration - is there something, i have to do?

Greets,

Timm

    Timm,

Which version were you upgrading from?

    Previous version was 1.1.0.

I haven’t deleted the old installation before installing the update – should i try to do that?

You were not supposed to uninstall - this should happen automatically.

Please ensure that the Application Pool (in IIS) that HgLab is running in is set to "Integrated" pipeline mode. I've just had a similar issue in one of my testing VMs: for some reason IIS has reset this setting back to "Classic".

We are running HgLab on a IIS6… the pipline-mode seems to be a feature of IIS7 …

Does that mean, that HgLab can not be hosted on a Server2003 any longer?

No, it is still possible to run HgLab under IIS 6.0 and Windows Server 2003.

Is there a possibility to arrange a TeamViewer session so that I could
    patch things up?

[email blocked] is no valid email address ;-)

I will try support at hglabhq dot com instead.
