HTTP 500 on initial install
I'm installing HGLab for evaluation and following the steps on line when I try to connect via browser for the first time I get HTTP 500. Any ideas?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Solved my own problem. I didn't have .NET 4.5 checked under IIS Features.
