Everything seems right, but when I try to get to the login page after install, I get the following 500.19 error. I've tried the App Pool thing from another support doc. No luck. So here it is. Screenshot attached.

    Nevermind. Got it.

Have to add IIS component "Development Tools", (specifically the ASP stuff, I'd reckon). Can't just check it at the root, you have to select the individual sub-components or Windows won't install anything. Didn't even have to restart web-site. Started working right after.

Horribly cryptic error. Some environment checks to make sure all prereqs are correctly installed in HGLabs setup would be a nice feature enhancement.

    Ralph,

Glad you figured it all out! I hope I'll be able to fix the installer to check for IIS prerequisites.

    Thanks!
