Strip Commit on Server Repository

Is there a way to strip a commit or a branch on the server repository? I know this is not recommended in general, but would like to know the capability of HgLab, as I am trialing it now.
I have managed to strip the branch on every contributor's local repository and I want to prevent it coming back at every pull operation.
