How I can configure notification at project pushing?

I configure "mail" settings, make test push to project. I see my changeset in repository, but no any mail notification.
How I should configure mail settings for notification all related developers after each push?

    Denis,

    HgLab currently does not send email notifications for pushes. It should only be sending password recovery messages and @mentions notifications.
