Migrating To Hgab from older Linux version of mercurial
Currently my team is using an older version of Mercurial that is hosted on a Linux server. What would be the process or steps to migrate the code from the older version of Mercurial to HgLab?
Thanks

Gordon,
Theoretically, HgLab will be able to pick up your repositories. However, if they are really old (meaning, created by pre-1.7 Mercurial), HgLab will display a warning on the Repository page with a link detailing how to convert a repository to a newer format.
As for migration process, it should be fairly easy. Add Projects you need, then copy Mercurial repositories to
<hglab-home-directory>\data\repositories\master\<project-slug>
and then add them through a web interface with the same name.gordon.hall closed this discussion on 26 Jun, 2014 03:10 PM.
