Thanks for the kind words!
HgLab does not currently accept outside contributions nor there is a publicly available Git/Mercurial repository. Source code to HgLab will be available (with certain redistribution restrictions) in one of the pricing tiers when HgLab will actually be out of beta.

Will it be free for small startups to use? Like a limitation of users?
I only choose this product for that very reason that it was free while I still was in the startup phase. Will that change?

I'm planning on introducing a Startup license with 5-user limit for around $30. It will be a one-time payment and will provide you a perpetual license with access to updates and upgrades for the subsequent 12 months.
