Anton,

I see that HG Labs is now a licensed software product. What does that mean for users that have installed HG Labs before this change? I changed over to HG Labs in November of last year. Does the supported version now support branching and other features that a Mercurial Server should have? I have spent resources and considerable time in switching our source code repositories to use HG Labs.

Not once was this change mentioned when I was in the process of switching over to your product and I didn't know till I came back to the support site to touch base with you on the branching issue that you and I spoke of in the beginning of the year. I see for my environment I will have to purchase the Enterprise license.

    Hello, Gordon!

Pre-1.0 versions of HgLab will continue to work forever - there's no time bomb or anything else.

If by "support branching" you mean support for Merge Requests (as we've discussed in #250 ), it's not yet released to the public, but is being actively worked on.

    Anton,

Can you give me an estimate of when the Merge Request piece will be available?

    Thanks
    Jay

I'm thinking about releasing full-fledged Merge Requests in 4 to 6 months.

Sooner the better as it is a real issue your product doesn't support it. We are jumping through hoops here to simulate something like it but it is very manual and tedious
